We are seeking volunteers who would like to help weed and generally tidy up the area outside the flats (which CCRA planted out in 2018) this coming Sunday, 29th November at 11.00am. It will not take very long. If you can help, even if just for half an hour, please contact Jacqui on 07717742886.

The benefits of walking have never been more evident than this year when, due to the pandemic, so much of our lives have been curtailed. Here are a few ideas for places to walk not too far from home, in the cooler months.

Singing Group has re-started online.
We are trying out singing sessions with Zoom. next session Monday November 30, 7.30
AGM, Thursday Oct 8, 7.30pm POSTPONED
We have decided to postpone our AGM, probably until January, which is the maximum time allowed in the constitution. Watch this space for further news on this.
Walking Group suspended
We regret to say that our walking group will not be meeeting for the forseeable future. However, we have a selection of walks you can try out on your own or with someone in your household or bubble.
Work has already started on the next edition of Grapevine (No 59) which should be with you in early December. You will also be able to view it on this website.
Have you renewed your membership?
New membership forms for 2020 can now be downloaded from our membership page. At just £7 a year (£5 for students and those on benefits) it's amazing value for money, and helps us to organise a full range of social events, as well as producing Grapevine, our local newsletter.
